Type of milestone: Iron Plate on Stone

Notes: Until I happened to spot this milestone while on a bell ringing outing, I'd assumed this route originated from The Gibb two miles closer to Bristol, although I admit I'd often wondered why. Little did I suspect that the earlier milestones on the route weren't actually on what's now the main road! I've since been able to trace the route right back to Christian Malford, though, therby making sense of the reported (but lost) inscription on the stone at Mile 8 and giving me some more milestones to go and look for.
